This isn't an issue caused by FMOD compatibility, rather, the radio station you're attempting to add, as SecretOne pointed out, is in the .aac format which is not compatible with the in-game player. Search up your favourite stations online and try to get the updated listening links. Then, modify your radio stations file to change them in game. You can look up how to do that.
